A STUDY ON THE CHANGING ROLE OF TEACHERS IN THE DIGITAL AGE

The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of teachers' role transformation on teaching quality in the digital era and to propose corresponding strategies. Through the literature research method, we summarized the role changes of teachers in the digital era in terms of their conceptions of teaching, learning ideology, and psychology of educational activities. Finally, in response to the problems encountered by teachers in the transformation process, the authors propose corresponding strategies, including education informatization competency training and the establishment of an education informatization assessment index system. This paper provides useful suggestions for the benign development of education informatization business
