DEVELOPMENT OF THE INCLUSIVE COMPETENCE DURING EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS OF HIGHER LEARNING

The article studies the issue of the inclusive culture development in the higher education system. With the regard to introduction of the inclusive competence УК -9 (Basic competence-9) into the educational standards on Bachelor’s Degree in 2020, the author underlines the necessity of a specialized discipline that studies successful interaction with people with disabilities. The article also points the great role of student scientific, educational and cultural activities that contribute the development of the inclusive competence. It is pointed that the development of the inclusive competence is socially significant for all the participants of educational process.
