DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF JOINT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF THE RF MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

The study raises a fairly pressing issue due to the development of a model for joint professional training of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. This study is devoted to the development of a model for joint professional training of personnel of functional units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in order to increase the efficiency of the system for responding to problems and difficulties associated with eliminating the consequences of emergency situations. The article contains the characteristics, concept and advantages of the developed model of joint professional training of personnel of functional units Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. In the context of this study, the results of a pedagogical experiment of future commanders of functional units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation were reflected, which determined the advantages of the proposed model of joint professional training of personnel of functional units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
