Classroom evaluation is an effective way to judge the teaching quality and also an important means to improve the teaching level in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the teaching process of college foreign language classroom in the current era under the network environment, the main characteristics are obtained, and the way to effectively promote the evaluation system of college foreign language education by using the current advanced network technology is fully explored. Combined with the principles followed by the construction of the evaluation system, the realization path of the evaluation system of college foreign language classroom teaching effect is explored. To ensure that the classroom teaching evaluation system can be practical and effective.
