In this publication, the author actualizes the main problems associated with the formation of the information and analytical culture of a language teacher. At the same time, the emphasis is placed on pedagogical activity in the conditions of additional education, taking into account the specifics of this educational space. The paper explores the components of the interpretation culture of a language teacher, determines the conditions for its formation and achievement of the set pedagogical goal.
The study contains a theoretical and methodological analysis of fundamental pedagogical works, as well as publications by contemporary authors, which allows the author to rely on the main conceptual approaches related to the concept of "pedagogical culture" and its interpretative-analytical type. By studying the space of additional education, the author highlights its main characteristics and the possibilities of using educational potential for working with teachers. By differentiating the main problems associated with the formation of this type of culture, the author attempts to develop recommendations for minimizing them. Teacher professional development in the context of additional education meets a variety of educational needs, including socio-cultural ones. However, there are a number of challenges that hinder the development of analytical skills, but at the same time provide a resource for adjusting the educational process and gaining a new perspective on formation of this type of pedagogical culture.
