The article presents a structural and substantive model of educational and methodological support for the vocal development of students who do not have special vocal training and do not study in the direction of "Vocal art". D.E. Ogorodnov's concept of musical and singing education, which presupposes consistent and accessible development of vocal skills, and V.P. Morozov's resonant technique of voice formation, which ensures careful and effective formation of the singing voice, are used as a theoretical basis. The developed model combines traditional methods with digital educational resources: spectral analysis programs, mobile applications for voice recording and visualization, and online platforms for independent work. The novelty of the research lies in the integration of classical vocal teaching techniques and modern digital tools into a single model aimed at an unprepared audience. The model includes targeted, meaningful, procedural, and evaluative-effective components that provide a systematic approach to vocal development. The results of the pedagogical experiment conducted on a sample of 42 students showed positive dynamics in the experimental group: an increase in intonation accuracy was 23%, sound quality - 18%, awareness of breathing control - 27%, independence in classes - 35%, motivation - 30%. In the control group, which was engaged in the traditional method, the increase in these indicators was lower.
