This study examines the U.S. military community from a gender perspective. The research object covers the media image of female service members within the digital space of the Anglo-Saxon linguistic culture. The research subject encompasses gender asymmetry in official and unofficial registers of military institutional discourse. Illustrative materials include publications from specialized U.S. Armed Forces periodicals (Army Times, Stars and Stripes) issued between 2020 and 2025. Additionally, thematic creolized texts were analyzed to deliver contrastive assessment of female service members' media representation. We have studied 15 relevant articles and 50 gender-marked memes focused on the military community and its personnel. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the thesis of the conflict between the US Army doctrine of comprehensive inclusivity (DEI) and military society’s androcentricity.
