DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AS A TOOL FOR INCREASING STUDENT MOTIVATION

This article examines the use of digital educational resources in the educational process as a tool for enhancing student motivation. The paper presents a list of current challenges in educating today's young people in higher education, identifies the pedagogical potential of digitalization in all areas of university activity, and summarizes pedagogical experience and effective educational practices. Digital educational technologies act as a didactic tool capable of transforming the nature of learning activities: making them more interactive, personalized, and effective. However, pedagogical theory and practice in university education still lack a systematic understanding of which types of digital resources and under which methodological conditions are most effective in influencing students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This article focuses on the conditions under which digital tools complement, rather than replace, traditional teaching methods, enhancing their motivational potential. It is concluded that the integration of digital tools into the traditional educational process of a university is a necessary condition for the formation of sustainable educational motivation and the development of digital competence of future specialists.
